Thank you for using the ReValue app. Please read these terms carefully. By using the app, you fully accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the app and its content (trademarks, logos, text, images, and software) belong to ReValue or the rights holder. Copying, distributing, or using them in violation of those rights is prohibited.

Allowed use

The app is provided for lawful use only and in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Misuse, harming the platform or other users, or submitting misleading listing or auction information is prohibited.

Account and content

You are responsible for your account data and for content you publish (listings, price offers, documents). Listings may be rejected or paused after admin review.

Auctions and payments

Participation in auctions and offers is subject to deposit, award, and payment deadline rules shown in the app. Non-compliance may lead to award cancellation or other actions under platform policies.

The app is provided “as is” without additional warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ReValue is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
